1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pufimo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, disrupting its operation or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions managed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store. Charges recur until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pufimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
