Screen time that feels like story time
Pufimo began with a simple frustration: most children's apps are loud, fast and built to keep little eyes glued to them. We wanted the opposite: something a parent could hand over at bedtime and feel good about.
What we believe
- Story first
- The experience begins with characters, feelings and imaginative worlds, not exercises, streaks or content volume. If something doesn't serve the story, it doesn't ship.
- Calm by design
- No noisy feeds, no manipulative rewards, no autoplay pulling children to the next thing. Bedtime mode dims the screen and slows everything down for lights-out.
- Learning without lessons
- Language, sequencing, empathy and imagination are carried inside the stories themselves. Children meet new words and big feelings through Luna, not through a quiz.
What we promise parents
- No ads. Not now, not later.
- No open social features and no user-generated content.
- No behavioural tracking or advertising profiles built from your family.
- Purchases and settings sit behind a parent gate.
Pufimo isn't meant to replace you reading with your child. It's meant for the evenings when you can't, and to give you both something worth talking about afterwards.
Every session should leave a child calmer, more curious or closer to the grown-up beside them.
